Co-founder, business and product

Twenty-five years in IT, at Honeywell, PwC, Proceedix and SymphonyAI. At PinPoint he takes on business, sales and product. Driven by digitisation.

Willem Serruys

Co-founder, engineering and implementation

Ten years in IT, at Vinci Energies, Proceedix, SymphonyAI and Cronos. At PinPoint he builds the engineering, the architecture and the implementations. At home in DevOps and software architecture.

Alongside the people above we work with an army of AI agents, and with external integrators who deliver projects with us.

An army of AI agents

We are AI-oriented through and through. Agents help write the code, write tests, keep documentation current and analyse what comes out of inspections. That is not a label on a product page, it is how we work day to day.

The effect is that a small team delivers at the pace of a large one, without you noticing the size from your side. It is also why we know how to put AI on your own inspection data: we do it ourselves, every day.

How it started

Our story

From connected worker platforms for heavy industry to something an inspector simply opens.

The team behind PinPoint has spent years building connected worker solutions for the world's largest industries.

There we saw the same problem every day: inspection processes running on paper, Excel and good intentions. Inspectors spending hours on administration instead of their actual work. Managers waiting weeks for insights that should have been available already.

Existing solutions were too heavy, too complex and too expensive for what is essentially a clear problem.

So we built PinPoint: simple, fast and affordable - exactly what inspection needs, without the baggage.
