1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process

On this website we only collect what you enter yourself, plus aggregated visit statistics.

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
• Trial request: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
• Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, the language, the device type and where the visit came from. This data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to you.

We do not buy data, and we do not sell or rent yours.

3. What for, and on what basis

Your contact details are used solely to answer your question and to provide the demo, trial or information you asked for. The basis for that is the performance of your own request, and our legitimate interest in talking to interested organisations.

Visit statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful and which are not.

4. Cookies

We place no tracking or marketing cookies. Our statistics work without cookies: nothing is stored on your device, not even an identifier that would recognise you across visits. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.

5. Who processes data for us

For delivering the forms we use Web3Forms. To keep those forms free of abuse, we show an hCaptcha check when you submit; that service loads a script for it and processes technical data about your browser. For visit statistics we use PostHog, with the data going to PostHog's European environment. These parties process the data only on our instructions.

Our own infrastructure, which runs the website and the platform, is located in the European Union.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details for as long as we need them to handle your request and its follow-up properly, and no longer. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@pinpointinspections.eu. We answer within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

8. Data inside the platform itself

This policy covers this website. If your organisation uses PinPoint, you are the controller for the data your inspectors enter into the platform, and we act as processor. What we do with it is set out in the data processing agreement attached to your contract, not in this policy.

9. Changes

We may adapt this policy when something changes in the way we work. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
