The team behind PinPoint comes from the world of Proceedix and SymphonyAI — platforms that provide connected worker solutions to the world's largest industries.
There we saw the same problem every day: inspection processes running on paper, Excel and good intentions. Inspectors spending hours on administration instead of their actual work. Managers waiting weeks for insights that should have been available already.
Existing solutions were too heavy, too complex and too expensive for what is essentially a clear problem.
